O’Dwyer’s: Reevemark Handles Proxy Fight at Cannae

As reported in O’Dwyer’s, Reevemark is representing Carronade Capital Management in connection with its proxy contest for four director seats at the December annual meeting of Cannae Holdings, the holding company with sports, restaurants and other interests. 

Led by Founding Partner Paul Caminiti, Partner and Head of Digital, Adam Shapiro, and Senior Vice President Jacqueline Zuhse, the Reevemark team advises Carronade on media and investor relations in connection with its efforts to enhance value at Cannae.
