Jacqueline Zuhse
Vice President
Jacqueline Zuhse is a Vice President at Reevemark, providing strategic communications support on a variety of special situations and transactions as well as ongoing corporate positioning and media and investor relations programs.
Prior to joining the firm, Jacqueline was an Investment Analyst and Staff Manager at 1855 Capital, a venture capital fund based in State College, Pennsylvania. Jacqueline prospected for new investment opportunities and completed market, competitive, regulatory, and technological due diligence.
Jacqueline received two B.A degrees in Economics and French from The Pennsylvania State University, where she captained the Varsity Women’s Tennis team for three years. She also received an MBA from The Pennsylvania State University’s Smeal College of Business.
Representative client engagements include:
- Chapter 11 proceedings for Gulfport Energy, Chesapeake Energy, Payless ShoeSource and Fred’s;
- Aptevo, Gulfport and PDL BioPharma on activist defense;
- Cellebrite’s NYSE listing through a merger with TWC Tech Holdings II Corp and ongoing public relations representation; and
- H.I.G. Capital, Traeger and Sorrento Therapeutics on litigation matters.
