Reevemark Featured in PR Week’s 2025 Agency Business Report
May 7, 2025
In an interview with PR Week’s Jess Ruderman, Chief Executive Officer Brandy Bergman discussed Reevemark’s work on high-profile matters, its expanded digital capabilities, and the firm’s outlook in a changing regulatory and political landscape.
Excerpts below:
Reevemark’s growth and recent client representations:
“Last year was our best ever,” the chief executive says of the agency’s recent growth. “We found ourselves working on increasingly interesting, challenging, complex, very high-profile matters, which our team really enjoys diving into.”
Over the past year, the agency has represented the Estate of Michael Crichton in its lawsuit against Warner Bros. and Trian Fund Management in its proxy fight with Disney. Reevemark is also advising 23&Me in its Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing.
Reevemark’s ongoing work for FanDuel Sports Network (formerly Diamond Sports):
“There were so many twists and turns around it, but it’s the kind of relationship we really like because you get a seat at the table and you get to do so much to help the company at the most critical times,” Bergman says. “Then you’re the one they go to for help with other things, which is what we like building — those long-term relationships.”
Outlook for 2025 and beyond:
Bergman says she’s optimistic that Reevemark’s business will grow in 2025, particularly with the addition of the firm’s in-house digital capabilities. The agency brought on Adam Shapiro as head of digital in early 2024.
With the rising federal government cuts, Bergman says her team is monitoring ways to take advantage of the new wave of talent in the marketplace and beef up public affairs and international capabilities.
