Kelsey Thomas is a Senior Associate at Reevemark, providing strategic communications support on a variety of special situations, including corporate crises, litigation, regulatory investigations, M&A, shareholder activism, senior leadership transitions, and ongoing public and investor relations.

Prior to joining Reevemark, Kelsey worked at Rubenstein, a strategic communications and reputation management firm headquartered in New York City. In addition, she was a Bartley Fellow at The Wall Street Journal.

Kelsey holds a B.A. in English from Harvard University, where she graduated cum laude in field.

Representative client engagements include:

• NexPoint Advisors L.P. regarding the complex Highland Capital Management bankruptcy proceedings and other litigation, shareholder activism and corporate positioning matters;
• Antara Capital on AMC Theatres stock transaction and PR/IR positioning;
• Transaction and M&A advisory including for Midwest Holding in its sale to Antarctica Capital and the launch of Rapport Therapeutics backed by Third Rock Ventures; and
• Shareholder activism experience including representing American Vanguard (Cruiser Capital) and Pasithea (Camac Group).
